Bridget Wolf: News / Journal

Bridget gets more airplay on Woman of Substance Radio - November 11, 2011

Hello friends and family!

Happy 11-11-11 to you !!!

May all your dreams come true !!! :)

In perfect alignment and synchronicity, my version of "May the Circle Be Unbroken" which I recorded in loving memory of my dear mother Bobbi who passed away November 23, 2008, is AGAIN getting RADIO AIRPLAY IN NOVEMBER (two years in a row!!!) on Women of Substance Radio (which somehow I just noticed today or I would have sent you this email two weeks ago!!) and this song will be played for TWO MORE DAYS this Saturday and Sunday, on Women of Substance Radio, on the internet! AND this station is heard all over the world!

If you were on my email list in 2009, you may recall my exciting story of Christmas 2009 in Nashville where I got the opportunity to sing "May the Circle Be Unbroken" in the circular rotunda at the Country Music Museum and Hall of Fame! A member of the staff told me that if I would stand in the middle and sing real quietly my voice would be carried through the whole room, because of the acoustics. So I did just that.

But first I walked the entire circular rotunda of this Great Hall staring in ABSOLUTE AWE at the words inscribed in stone: "Will the Circle Be Unbroken." With tears in my eyes, because before this experience I had actually considered taking the song off my album "Love Transforms" because it took about nine months to get written permission from A.P. Carter's publisher to use his words and music and some of my own words on this song (I changed the last verse because I felt my Mom would have wanted me too!)...AND THEN, I saw the plaque on the wall actually giving credit to A.P. Carter for his version of the song (no coincidences here!) and yes, he is related to June Carter Cash! There are YouTube videos with her and Johnny Cash singing it with the Carter family.

And so, with a heart full of gratitude, to life, to my mother, to the great music creators celebrated in this Great Hall of Fame, I stood in the center of the room and quietly sang my version of "May the Circle Be Unbroken." And the universe accepted my sound and let it fill the whole room with its sweetness. And I felt AMAZINGLY Blessed!

So, in celebration of you and the part you are playing in these amazing, transformational times, I will make sure "May the Circle Be Unbroken" is at the top of the song list on my web site at www.bridgetwolf.com
click on Music/Custom Songs link and sing along if you so desire!

Here's the info! Please pass the word!

Oh, Happy DAY!

Bright blessings,

Bridget

11-11-11 event AWESOME opportunity! - November 9, 2011

Hi friends and family!

I'm over the moon excited to be the guest musician during an 11-11-11 event week in the Ashland area, this coming Monday. This is an opportunity of a lifetime!

Serendipity would have it that two days after I told my father that I would love to volunteer to do music at one of Neale Donald Walsch's workshops, I get the invitation to do that! And to sell my CDs. So you bet I said yes! and the music creating, recording and manufacturing processes are in full swing!

In case you don't know, Neale Donald Walsch is the best-selling author of the Conversations With God series of books as well as others. Years ago I desired to give him my CD "Earth Song:In Beauty" with the sub-title: Songs of re-membering, re-connecting to life and love" Yes, the hyphen "-" in re-membering is intentional. I strongly desired to give him "Earth Song" CD because Neale used the same word "re-membering" in his Conversations with God book part one. And that just seemed so awesome! Re-membering, with the hyphen, is about bringing the parts (the members) back together. Anyway, I finally was in the same place as Neale and gave him three of my CDs. That was only two weeks ago on October 30 while I was enjoying Celtic musicians jam and dancing to my hearts content at a pub in Ashland called The Black Sheep!

:) Only one day before that, on October 29, I felt a strong feeling of regret that I didn't have any CDs with me a few months ago when I was at the Avalon and Neale showed up and I was introduced to him. And then, like magic! on October 30th, I had a second chance to give Neale my CDs in person!!! :)

And this Monday, November 14, I get to bring my musical gifts to one of Neale's workshops, at the invitation of Rev. Joy-anne of the Center for Spiritual Living in Medford, (where I am the guest musician once a month, and lead a Sacred Drumming Circle after the Sunday service. Which, by the way is this Sunday, November 13th!)

Two days ago, Rev. Joy-anne asked me if I'd like to assist her this coming Monday at Neale's workshop! And of course, I said YES!!!

Is this inspiring to you? I get an incredible joy out of sharing my good fortune!

So as an 11-11-11 gift to you for sharing this amazing time in history with me, I invite you to visit my website at www.bridgetwolf.com and click on the Music/Custom Songs link and listen to a new up tempo version of "Life Is Precious"

I got great constructive feedback last night through an instructor at SongU (Songwriters University in Nashville) which I attend online. Last night's instructor was participating from New York City, (and in the background we could hear the ambulance and fire truck sirens and all! Boy, did that bring back memories from my nine years there. NYC is truly the city that never sleeps! )

I'm so excited I could stay up all night and write a book of all the synchronicity and serendipity in my life!

As always, I love feedback. So, if you're so inclined, let me know what you like and what you don't like about my song "Life is Precious", or any song I wrote!

Here's wishing you abundant love and joy this season and Always!

Songs earn high ranks in contest - September 3, 2011

Bridget Wolf achieved high ranks in UK Songwriting Contest for third year in a row!
body

Happy Labor Day weekend to you and yours!!!

I am excited to share with you that for the third year in a row I have achieved high ranks in an international songwriting contest in the UK (Great Britain) whose judges include Paul McCartney's producer Richard Niles!

The competition was even tougher this year and the judges have a new
scoring method (see below, at bottom of email)

My piano instrumental "Hope" earned semi-finalist ranking in the
instrumental category with a score of 7 !!!
(scoring is from 1 to 10, with 10 being the winning score)

My song "I Am You" earned a commended entry certificate in the Open
Category with a score of 6, which is the high end of this ranking and
means it almost earned semi-finalist standing!

So now my totals for the three years are:

2009: one finalist (score: 8) and two semi-finalists (both scores: 6)
2010: three more semi-finalists (scores: 6) and five commended entries
(four scored 5 and one scored a 4)
2011: one semi-finalist (score: 7) and one commended entry (score: 6)

Of the 13 songs I submitted I have achieved:
one finalist,
six semi-finalists
and
six commended entries

This is a big boost of confidence!

The scoring info is included below in case it sheds light on my
accomplishment.

I am putting the songs I submitted for the past three years to the
UK songwriting contest songs on my web site at www.bridgetwolf.com to celebrate my songwriting accomplishments this labor day weekend

Feel free to visit my web site and click on the Music/Custom Songs link to listen to my beautiful music.

Enjoy!

Lots of love and bright blessings,
Bridget

Instrumental Category Winner in UK Songwriting Contest 2011:

An Indian Folk Song Meets Jazz
by Tze (Toh Tze Chin)
This was one of the most difficult categories to judge this year with
outstanding acoustic guitar, piano pieces, orchestral scores, film theme
music, electronic and dance entries - many of which could have been
winners. But in the end the judges chose this composition from Singapore
by composer and pianist Toh Tze Chin for its originality in its attempt at
fusing traditional indian music and western jazz. Listen to the song
here... Visit Tze's website at tzetoh.com

Open Category Winner in UK Songwriting Contest 2011:

Eastenders
by Andrew Estaphane
An infectious and upbeat song about life in London's Eastend complete with
cockney rhyming slang. Those of you from outside the UK will probably not
get the lyrical or musical references, but for those people familiar with
british TV theme tunes and the East End of London this is a great song.
Listen to the song here... There is also a great video of the song...

EXPLANATION OF THE JUDGES SCORING

Songs are scored between 1 and 10 but most songs in the contest will not
receive a score higher than 6.
Semi finalists and finalists will receive a very high score of 7, 8 or 9.
The score of 10 is reserved for the winning song in each category. A score
of 1 or 2 indicates that the song was considered to be poorly written in
comparison to other songs in the contest. It indicates that in the judges
opinion the song needs either almost complete re writing or, especially in
the case of a score of 1, abandoning.
A score of 3 indicates that this is an acceptable composition and that it
follows the accepted standards of song form, presentation, melody, metre
etc. Although the song would almost certainly benefit from re working and
re writing it shows that the writer has potential and some songwriting
ability and talent.
A score of 4, 5 and 6 indicates that the writer has clearly demonstrated
real songwriting ability and understanding and songs with these scores
will receive a Commended Entry Certificate. A score of 6 can be regarded
as a borderline semi finalist score and indicates that the song nearly
made it into the semi finals.
Songs with a score of 7 or 8 are awarded a semi finalist position and
certificate and are considered by the judges to be among the top songs in
the contest. A score of 8 indicates that the song was a borderline
finalist and almost made it into the finals.
Songs with a score of 9 are finalists and these very high scoring songs
are considered for the winning positions in their respective categories.
The winning song in each category is given a score of 10.

On a mission to save lives - May 19, 2011

Dear friends and family,

I've written a review of an amazing book that you may be interested in checking out--info is included in the Book Review below.

If you would like to read the book and write a review, please let me know and I'll send you the book! (I can send several out for free to the first people who respond!)

Inspired by the outspoken heroine, Magdalena LaSige, of the book "The Scorpion's Sting," I plan to revise a song I wrote years ago called "Poisoned By Prescription" and include information about the HPV vaccine and post it on my web site.

In the meantime, I have many beautiful, uplifting songs posted for you to enjoy! Please feel free to visit www.bridgetwolf.com and click on the Music/Custom Songs link, and let me know what your favorites are!

Here's wishing you health and happiness along with beautiful days and restful nights!

Bright blessings,

Bridget

* * * * * Book Review of the novel: "The Scorpion's Sting" * * * * * * * * * *

(Note: award-winning author J.D. Masterson will have a booth at Book Expo America this coming week May 23-26, right next to stage where Michael Moore, Diane Keaton, and other celebrities will be speaking!)

The Scorpion’s Sting is a brilliant tour de force, a must read! This stunning page-turner engaged and spoke to so many parts of me I am amazed, and blown away. It’s a suspense-filled mystery that took me on a roller coaster ride, challenging to the core my beliefs, thoughts, perspectives and admittedly calls into question my rather sheepish laxity and propensity to leave the tough battles for someone else to fight.

I appreciate Mags—the outspoken heroine—who questions everything and thinks for herself. She carefully follows every clue, leaving no stone unturned, courageously takes the road less traveled, and musters the inner strength to confront difficult and dangerous situations in her quest for the truth, ultimately to save lives!

Like Rachel Carson’s “Silent Spring,” J.D. Masterson’s powerful first novel is a call to action! It is a cry from the deepest depths of an awakened human, whose eyes and heart are wide open, urging us to wake up, pay attention, heed the warning signs, listen to and validate our feelings, paying close attention to learning to read and interpret the signs and messages within our bodies, in nature, and in the world around us. And especially calls us to heed the cries of others in pain and suffering.

I am inspired by Mags to courageously and consciously take my life to the next level, to step up to the plate and help get the word out about HPV (human papilloma virus) and the HPV vaccine, instead of waiting around for someone else to do this—I Say YES, Mags, the Time IS Now and I sign on to help!

Will you join me before there is a need for another Requiem Mass to honor the dead that we could not save because we got stuck in denial and fear?

Let’s build a coalition of hearts and hands today!

To join the forces of love and light to help save lives,

please go to www.jdmasterson.com and click on the Contact Us link, fill in the form and refer to the campaign “I Agree—No Vaccine for HPV.” All follow-up will come from TakeAction@bridgetwolf.com so please add this email address to your address book to keep it from being marked as spam.

Remembering Martin Luther King "I Have A Dream" - January 17, 2011

Dear friends and family,

Today, in honor of the great man with a profound legacy, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who delivered his "I Have A Dream" speech while I was only six months old on August 28, 1963, I have posted two of my original songs "Sleeping Giant, Together We Can!" and "Healing Time" at my web site www.bridgetwolf.com on the Music / Custom Songs link. (See Lyrics below)

and I posted a YouTube link to MLK's "I Have A Dream" speech on the TV, Video, Links page of my web site also !

I was deeply moved that in his speech he says "Now is the time..." several times in a row! And my song "Healing Time" also repeats that phrase "Now is the time..." several times in a row!!! Somehow that phrase has reverberated in my consciousness since I was a baby!

And I share all this with you and with our world in the hopes that we find renewed strength in these songs, and in the message of Dr. MLK, to rise up, shake off the shackles of past burdens and chains, and take bold new steps forward to help our precious Planet Earth -- all the precious People and all of Creation -- so that we may ALL live in peace, love, and harmony! Free at Last! Free at Last!

Bright blessings to you!

Bridget Wolf

*****************************************

Background of "Sleeping Giant, Together We Can":

This song came to me while I lived in New York City in 1991. I was feeling deep inner conflict about receiving a gift of an electronic piano, a Yamaha Clavinova, from my parents (a most welcome and precious gift which certainly inspired me to create music at a whole new level) -- it was, however, another item to use precious electricity -- during the time when the James Bay II hydroelectric power project was being put together in Canada. James Bay II turned out to be another project where the needs of millions of people for electricity put a burden on an ecosystem, an indigenous culture and changed the face of a landscape far away from the people who needed it. It was already painfully clear the devastation that the first James Bay I hydroelectric power project had wrought upon the people, the animals, the birds, the land and the waterways in Quebec.

My heart couldn't resolve or contain the inner conflicting feelings of our human impact on our precious Planet Earth, and the heavy toll this places on people connected to the land, and this song was born.

I look forward to the day...when sustainable energy solutions are the norm! When balance is restored in our life-support systems! When people and animals are free of cancer! When food, water, air and land are uncontaminated and life-supporting! When we have peace inside ourselves and in our world!

It looks like a long road to this vision! One thing MLK taught us and it is wise to re-member: Nothing is Impossible!

TOGETHER WE CAN!!!

**************** Background of "Healing Time" ****************************

"Healing Time" came to me also while I lived in New York City. This song baby was born in 1992, while I was experiencing great emotional suffering. The song came to help me through that time. My song "Healing Time" was greatly appreciated among the many song writers in the collective "Songs For Peace" in New York City and it was published in "Songs for Peace Magazine" in the Winter 1992/1993 edition. And I am singing it again this new year as I heal more layers of emotional trauma and release old stories from my past.

I hope you will help me in whatever ways you are guided to help these songs be heard by people in all parts of the world. Maybe consider forwarding them to all the people on your email contact list. I trust you will know where to send them and whom would benefit!

And in the spirit of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., may we each find the strength to OVERCOME all fear and rise up and do what is ours to do each day with the hope and vision that "NOW IS THE TIME" for us to assist our world in THE GREAT TRANSFORMATION to a world of peace, love, joy and freedom for all!

"We NOW overcome...We NOW overcome...We NOW overcome TODAY!

May Peace, Love, Joy and Freedom be yours NOW and always!

Bright blessings,
Bridget

Impromptu Performance WOWs audience - November 13, 2010

I am "over the moon" excited.

Are you familiar with Ester and Jerry Hicks and the Abraham teachings? In particular -- the idea of sending out "rockets of desire" about what we love to experience?

I was teaching a new voice student yesterday and sharing my understanding of breath support and singing from our core/center/diaphragm, etc. and I demonstrated the difference between speaking (and singing) without breath support and with then with breath support and showed him how a person can fill a room with sound, either speaking or singing, with breath support.

I demonstrated it and I completely enjoyed the feeling of filling the room with the sound of my voice! (I encourage you to try this. Don't strain your throat; focus on speaking and singing, if you wish, from your belly...using your core energy and strength. Not your throat.)

Last night a most amazing scene unfolded. Yesterday my dear friend Barbara Shor invited me (impromptu) to a performance that I had sent out a rocket of desire to attend about a week ago or whenever I saw the flyer announcing "Dancing With the Rogue Valley Stars" at Fred Meyers in Medford.

Barbara offered to pay for it, and it was for the dress rehearsal that they opened up to the public because the main Saturday night performance was sold out. It was a benefit for two clubs: a dance club and a club called Sparrows in which schools "adopt" children with special health needs/concerns and the children at the schools volunteer to help fund-raise for the children in need and their families. The children who are adopted are teaching amazing lessons to the school children...about compassion, giving, gratitude, integrity, etc.

It turned out that the performance was a little rough, since it was the dress rehearsal... not polished yet, and not normally open to the public...)

AND there was a very extra long intermission and people were getting impatient. One lady was saying if they didn't hurry up and get to the second half of the show, people would leave...so...recognizing an opportunity--
I offered to sing!

So that you can get a picture of the location... the performance took place in the North Medford High School auditorium. A medium sized theater-type room with a big stage. Red curtains, comfortable seating (for about 700) with about 100 to 200 in attendance. It was built to carry sound well, and it had really good acoustics.

When the lady sitting next to us got interested in hearing me sing, I asked if she likes George Gershwin. She said YES.

She didn't really believe I would sing until I got out of my cushioned seat and sat on the back of the seat in front of me and faced her and started singing "I Got Rhythm." I noticed that the other people in the audience became quiet and most stopped conversing to listen. I noticed several people singing the familiar words along softly or mouthing the words, or speaking the words.

I was excited when I noticed that my voice filled the room. I projected my voice beautifully and it filled the auditorium from where I was sitting, with no microphone! I was in heaven!

There was still more time, so I stood up and sang "Over the Rainbow"

I looked directly at the people who were now looking at me. Taking a pause in their conversations, to experience my gifts.

I sang with so much feeling, that the audience even applauded in the middle of the song, to appreciate the depth of emotion and artistry that I conveyed.

Just like they applauded when the dancers in the first part of the show did something wonderful and inspiring. Since the event was a fund-raiser for two beautiful causes, the audience was full of heart anyway.

It was a magical night. My heart desired to share it with you.

My dear friends and family:

I encourage you:

Keep putting out your heart-felt 'rockets of desire'

You are exactly in the right place at the right time to manifest your hearts desires!

Love and bright blessings to you :)

Update on Southern Oregon's Got Talent - September 27, 2010

I feel sad to share with you that I was not chosen to advance to the finals in Southern Oregon's Got Talent.

This talent contest is a fund-raiser for CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocates -- a very important organization of volunteers that assist abused children to get help-- and one of the CASA administrators reported on Wednesday at the viewing of some of the semi-finalist audition videos, that CASA volunteers have assisted more than 500 children in Rogue Valley (Southern Oregon) and that there are at least 260 more abused children in this valley that need help...

The judges for this contest may have favored putting together a talent show that showcases the young people of Rogue Valley. On Wednesday I watched several audition videos of adults who were very talented and I thought merited advancing to the finals. One lady, who was one of my favorites, did some beautiful Polynesian dancing!

I also feel it is very important that young people have opportunities to share their talents. Even as they are developing their talents.

So I'm celebrating that these promising artists, some of whom I met on Wednesday in Medford, will be sharing their talents at the Ginger Rogers Theater in Medford on October 15.

Best wishes,
Bridget

New song "Living Our Dreams" - July 16, 2010

Hi friends and family!

I'm so excited about my life right now !

Over the fourth of July weekend, I attended a family reunion in Southern Minnesota and had a wonderful time. I'm so inspired by the fun time with family, filled with laughter and smiles and warm hugs!!!

(fyi -- I was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota !)

And now, I'm over the moon excited about a wealth-building business opportunity that came to me recently.

With great enthusiasm, I launched my new business venture and I am having so much fun creating a wonderful life, I'm happy to share that good news with you too!

I'm learning to train people to build wealth in a recession-proof, home-based business, (part-time or full-time).

Financial freedom is the goal and the foundation for my happy and successful life, so I can fully share my songs and all my gifts and talents with the whole world :)

Inspired by the great team of successful people who are training me to build wealth and training me to teach others how to build wealth, I wrote a brand new song called "Living Our Dreams",

and you can listen to it here at my web site ...

Go to http://www.bridgetwolf.com/?section=home
and click on Music/Custom Songs link and click on MP3 play whole song, choose either hi-fi (broadband) or lo-fi (modem)

I also posted the song that some of my family got to hear in Minnesota called "I Gotta Listen"

If you have a moment to let me know what you think of my new songs, I love to hear from you!

Joyfuly,
Bridget

3 of my songs are semi-finalists in 2010 UK Songwriting Contest !!! - May 31, 2010

I am so excited! I just found out this morning that all 8 of the songs I submitted for the 2010 UK Songwriting Contest in Great Britain were considered to be good songs by the panel of music industry professionals!

This is a Memorial Day to remember!!!

This year I received 3 semi-finalist certificates and five commended entry certificates. Last year I had one finalist and two semi-finalists in this contest (I'll Never Forget You, Life Is Precious, and Let's Make the Difference)

About 5,000 songs were submitted from around the world for this 2010 contest.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Judges Scoring from the UK Songwriting Contest Web Site: (scale from 1 to 10) (10 is reserved for the winners and 9 for the runners up in each category)

"A score of 4 or 5 indicates that this is a good song and it will receive a Commended Entry Certificate. A score of 5 indicates that the song very nearly made the semi finals. All songs with a score of 4 and 5 are considered for the semi finals.

A score of 6 or 7 indicates that the song made the semi finals panels and is one of the stronger songs in the contest. All these semi finalist songs are considered by the selection panels for the finals and a score of 7 indicates that the song was a borderline finalist and almost made it through to the finals."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here are my song scores. These are the final results for this year's contest (the contest is over):

"Healing Time" received a score of 6 and I was awarded a Semi-Finalist certificate in the very popular Adult Contemporary Category.

"A Birthday Song For You" received a score of 5 and I was awarded a Commended Entry certificate in the Adult Contemporary Category.

"Dive Deep" received a score of 6 and I was awarded a Semi-Finalist certificate in the Miscellaneous/Open Category.

"Oceans and Trees" received a score of 6 and I was awarded a Semi-Finalist certificate in the Instrumental Category.

"Autumn" received a score of 5 and I was awarded a Commended Entry certificate in the Instrumental Category.

"To Life" also received a score of 5 and I was awarded a Commended Entry certificate in the Instrumental Category.

"Together for Life" also received a score of 5 and I was awarded a Commended Entry certificatein the Instrumental Category.

"Sweet Lover Baby" received a score of 4 and I was awarded a Commended Entry certificate in the Jazz/Blues Category.

Song samples can be heard for most of the songs at my web site:

Dear friends and family,

I had a wonderful birthday!

My heart is so grateful to all of you for being in my life !

This birth month I was renewed by visiting some of the most beautiful places near where I live in Southern Oregon. My boyfriend Tim and I videotaped exquisite waterfalls, and the wild and scenic Rogue River, using a camcorder our friend Ed has loaned us!

Now I am putting together more music videos featuring the wild and scenic areas and my original music!

I’m having fun learning to use iMovie to make these music videos myself!

I’m preparing several videos and have already put one on my web site http://www.bridgetwolf.com/links.html

TV info request:

I’m looking for TV stations that will play the best ones of these nature videos that I create! Community TV stations and public broadcasting stations may be interested. If you can provide me with information on a TV station you’d like me to contact, please email the info to me! I appreciate your help.

DVDs available:

And if you would be interested in purchasing a DVD featuring several of these music videos in their full-length versions, please let me know! Or if you get an idea of a place that might sell them, I’m eager to promote these music videos featuring my music! ! ! Your ideas on how I can share my music with the world are Greatly Appreciated!

THREE more MONTHS OF RADIO PLAY !

I have great news! Women of Substance Radio has selected to play for the next three months my instrumental “I’ll Never Forget You,” that was a finalist in the UK (United Kingdom) Songwriting Contest 2009, on their online radio station.

Update on America’s Got Talent audition process:

There are a few more cities hosting preliminary auditions in March. The judges are reviewing all the video taped preliminary auditions and then all those folks who get to go to the next round of auditions will be called back. This will probably be in April. I ask you to see me on the BIG AGT Stage and I invite you to pray with me that this or something better opens up for me!

My Vision:

My vision is to have a record deal with a major record company,

some publishing deals for my songs,

commercial radio play,

my music heard around the world on a broad scale

AND

my music climbing the CHARTS, early in 2011 or before!

I pray for ALL this or something better to come together in divine right timing to fulfill my dream of sharing my gift of song with the world for the highest good of all !

Thank you for being in my life and participating in my vision in whatever way you desire for the benefit of all!

Much love and gratitude,

Bridget

Update on America's Got Talent Audition - February 28, 2010

Dear friends and family!

WE did it!

About 15 minutes after the last bulk email I sent out to you all on Wednesday asking for your prayers for my highest and best good to unfold -- IT HAPPENED! -- I got the email telling me the producers had fit me in to audition at 5 p.m. Saturday, February 27 in my town of TALENT !!!

I am so happy and grateful to have my prayers answered to audition in Talent at a time that worked well with my schedule yesterday!

The whole day was splendid! I enjoyed a beautiful, warm, sunshiny day, just as I hoped for!

The audition was at the middle school and by the time I got there the crowds of nervous auditioning acts were gone.

Only a few people sat in the waiting room.

The room was quiet and buzzing with the energy of the day. There was no line to wait in. My feet are grateful because the gorgeous silver strap high heel shoes I was wearing were not very comfortable! I felt nervous but my boyfriend and another friend said it didn't show on my face.

I was dressed to the nines in my elegant and sexy red dress! With make up and all!

And I was wearing a beautiful and elegant black fringe short jacket that had belonged to my dear Mother and her name is even on the designer label “Roberta.” I felt her with me all day! When I was putting on my makeup I felt her telling me to put more eye makeup on! And after the audition I felt her tell me how proud she is of me! And I felt everyone’s love and support !

My heart was filled with love and support and I was filled to the brim with good energy from the class I led in the morning where we drummed and sang and raised great healing energy for the benefit of all! What great preparation for my audition day! Everything is unfolding perfectly :)

When I took a walk in the afternoon after the class, in the beautiful, warm SUNSHINE, (another answered prayer!) I even got the attention of a man that works for the Talent newspaper The Talent News & Review. He stopped and asked if there was anything I'd like to see in the newspaper! I told him the only thing on my mind right at that moment was my upcoming audition. He talked to me and asked me to let him know how it went and took my PICTURE! What synchronicity! What a magical world I live in :) (Another answered prayer!)

The producers videotaping me were genuine and kind and seemed authentically interested in meeting me. I sang well. I poured my heart into a song that has been with me since I was nine years old when I lived in Rome, Italy. I sang the love theme from "The Godfather." My voice poured out of me beautifully as I sang "Speak Softly Love" in both English and Italian "Parla Piu Piano." My inner guidance said that I could sing it at the tempo I wanted to make it fully shine and that the producers would not stop me if I went over 90 seconds. They were nodding but didn't stop me and I know I went over 90 seconds!

I feel I was a breath of fresh air for them with my energy and voice after a long, hectic day of auditioning hundreds of people in the town of Talent.

In my heart of hearts I feel that I took the next step in my authentic life! And I truly believe I will get a call back! The videotapes now go to the judges for review. I will know the results WHEN I get the call back :) And I will be sure to send out an email to let you know when that happens!

On local news on TV at 10 p.m. I got to see the taped footage of that same waiting room (the middle school cafeteria) filled with people and I'm so blessed I got to go when it was quiet and relaxed.

I am so happy and grateful to be alive and sharing my gifts with the world! I am filled with the peace of knowing that I am doing what I was born to do!!!

Sometime today or tomorrow I will post pictures of the dress I wore yesterday on my web site www.bridgetwolf.com in case you would like to see what I was wearing. My boyfriend Tim took a few pictures outside the middle school where the audition took place.

I feel strongly and see myself getting a phone call that I will be in the next round of auditions in front of the celebrity judges! I see and feel the process being easy and delightful for me :)

I see and feel myself singing on TV and getting national exposure for my talents and gifts.

I send you all my best wishes for your highest and best to unfold now.

I will be at a music gathering for the full moon tonight sharing my talents yet again!

I truly believe that being connected to all of you has helped me take the next steps in my life. I feel your loving support :)

Thank you so much :)

I will be singing and sending you all beautiful energy tonight from my heart!

My brightest blessings to you!

Love,
Bridget
